Reach your list on purpose
Half of a distributor's outbound messages are announcements: a new price list, a delivery day change, a festival offer. Moving off a WhatsApp group should not cost you that.
The preview is the message
The text you read before sending is rendered by the same code that renders every recipient's message. A preview produced by a second implementation is a preview of a different message.
- WhatsApp's real parameter rules are enforced while you type, not at send time.
- A rule broken at send time fails for every recipient at once.
Exclusions are counted, never silent
“Sending to 34 of 41, 5 opted out.” Anyone opted out is excluded, and so is anyone currently mid-conversation with a person — a customer having a problem is the wrong person to send a promotion to.
The audience is frozen at confirm
Every recipient's finished text is worked out at the moment you approve and stored as it stands. Editing the template afterwards, renaming a product, or a customer changing their profile name cannot rewrite what was already approved.
Guards that protect your number
Your transactional templates — order updates, payment reminders, the daily summary — are blocked from the campaign picker, in three separate places.
- Sending an order-status template carrying a promotion means every recipient reads it as being about their order.
- A utility template carrying marketing is what costs a WhatsApp number its quality rating.
- 200 recipients per campaign, refused rather than truncated.
- A campaign raises at most one alert however many individual sends failed.
