It learns the words your customers actually use
A customer says 'atta' and you sell 'wheat flour'. Until you teach it, that's a lost order. This is how you find out it's happening.
Nothing to turn on
Every order-shaped word that doesn't match a product is logged in the background from day one, whether or not you're looking at the screen — so the vocabulary is already there the day you upgrade.
You decide what a word means
Teach a term as an alias for the right product — the next customer who types it is understood immediately — or dismiss it if it was never really a product. Either way, it's your call, not a guess the system makes on its own.
It tells you if you were wrong
A word you dismissed stays dismissed, however often it comes back. But a word you taught as an alias, if it starts appearing unmatched again, is reopened — because that usually means the alias missed something.
