No password, ever
Send LOGIN to your own bot and tap the link that comes back. Your WhatsApp number is the identity, verified because only your phone received it. Valid fifteen minutes, usable once.
- No reset flow, no shared shop password, no credential that works from anywhere the moment it leaks.
- A session lasts 30 days per device and ends immediately if the shop is suspended.
Today is the money loop
The approval queue first, then the pipeline, then low stock, then anything needing a person. It is the screen you open in the morning and check between customers.
Orders keep their history
Item snapshots as they were ordered, the full payment history including rejected receipts, the customer's notes, and a read-only replay of the conversation.
- Rejected receipts stay visible — that history is the audit trail.
- Messages WhatsApp refused are marked not delivered rather than hidden.
- The conversation is read-only by design: you already have WhatsApp, and two inboxes is one too many.
Catalogue as cards, not a spreadsheet
Seven editable columns do not fit a phone. Each product is a card with a full editor behind it, and search matches names and aliases — because the question you actually have is which product owns a word.
