Cash, without losing track of who paid

Cash is still how a lot of orders get paid. It shouldn't mean the order disappears from your books until someone remembers to write it down.

The customer chooses, at confirm

Bank transfer, QR, or cash on delivery if the order qualifies — shown as a plain choice the moment an order is confirmed. An order outside your configured cash range still shows the option, with the reason it can't be used right now, rather than hiding it and leaving a customer wondering why.

Delivery and payment are tracked separately

A cash order can be packed and delivered before a cent has changed hands — that's the whole point of cash on delivery — and it stays visible as unpaid until you record what was actually collected. Delivering never quietly counts as paying.

Proof, the moment it's delivered

A delivery photo — attached from WhatsApp or the dashboard — is kept as evidence for that order, privately, with its original time and location intact. That's what settles a dispute later.

Never an accidental cancellation

A cash order doesn't carry the same payment deadline a bank-transfer order does — so it can never be auto-cancelled for being 'unpaid' while a driver is still on the way.
