A catalogue your customers can shop themselves
Not every order starts with someone typing a list from memory. A catalogue link turns browsing into an order, without ever leaving the conversation they already have with you.

A link made for one customer
Access is controlled by a signed token carrying the shop, the customer and an expiry — never a shared or guessable URL. It opens inside WhatsApp's own browser, so there's nothing to install and no password to remember.
- A returning customer is greeted by name, and only that customer's phone.
Secure even if the link gets shared
A catalog link is tied to one customer's identity, not just the shop. If it's ever forwarded — into a family or supplier chat — the first phone to open it keeps it. Everyone else can still browse the same catalogue, but sees no name, no order history, and can't complete an order through it.
- Trying to order from someone else's link is refused outright, with a plain explanation and a one-tap way to message the shop for a link of their own — never a silent failure.
- That check runs on the server on every attempt to order, not just in what the screen shows, so it can't be bypassed by skipping past the warning.
- Links also expire on their own after a set number of days, so one shared long ago eventually stops working at all.

Everything needed to decide, right there
Photo, name, price, unit and whether it's in stock, for every product. Tap a photo to see it larger, with a fuller description, before adding it to the cart.
- Out-of-stock items are clearly marked and can't be added.
- Minimum and maximum order quantities are enforced live, at the exact bounds set in your catalogue — not just checked afterwards.
A cart that stays out of the way
Add products and adjust quantities while continuing to browse. The cart sits fixed at the bottom of the screen with the running total, so it's never lost to a scroll.
Finding one product in hundreds
Search matches a product's name or the aliases you've taught it, not just an exact spelling — and category filters narrow a large catalogue to one slice of it.
Reordering without retyping
A customer with order history sees the products they've bought before, front and centre, so a repeat order is a few taps rather than remembering a list.
One tap, straight into WhatsApp
Building a cart commits nothing — it's a draft until it's sent. One tap delivers it as an order card into that customer's own WhatsApp conversation, where the same Confirm button and the same rules apply as any order placed by chat.

Onboarding is hands-on — a number provisioned for you, your catalogue loaded, your payment details set up with you on the call.
