WhatsApp costsHow WhatsApp pricing works
- 1. Meta charges per message delivered, not per conversation — the rate depends on your country and the kind of message.
- 2. From 1 October 2026, replies to your customers are charged too, with the first 1,000 each month free for your WhatsApp number.
- 3. A typical order sends about 7 messages: confirmation, payment details, receipt reply, paid and invoice, and delivery updates.
- 4. Broadcasts are “marketing” messages and cost more per message than order updates.
- 5. We bill it at Meta’s rate with no markup, as its own line on your monthly invoice. See Meta’s official rates.

Pricing FAQ
Questions about the price
Are these the real prices?
Yes. Starter and Pro are fixed list prices for your country, excluding tax. Business is priced for your shop after a short conversation.
What happens if I go over my order allowance?
Nothing is charged and nothing is blocked. You get a warning at 80% and an alert at 100%. If it happens two months running, we'll suggest the next plan — it's a conversation, never a wall your customers hit.
How am I billed for WhatsApp?
Monthly, at Meta's own rate with no markup, as a separate line on your invoice. Because Meta bills us first for the number we run for you, we may ask for a refundable deposit of about one month's estimated WhatsApp usage.
Why isn't WhatsApp included in the plan price?
It depends on your volume. A busy shop's WhatsApp bill can be larger than its subscription, so bundling it would mean overcharging quiet shops to cover busy ones. The estimator above shows yours.
Do you charge for AI?
No. The AI that reads orders and voice notes is included on every plan, and receipt reading is included on Pro and Business. There are no credits to buy and nothing is metered.
What is the setup fee for?
We register your WhatsApp number, load your catalogue (up to 250 products) and set up your payment details with you. It is charged once, and waived on annual plans.
How do I pay?
By invoice, monthly or yearly, paid by bank transfer.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from your next billing period. A downgrade never deletes data — orders, customers and invoices all stay.
Can I use one Pro feature without upgrading?
Yes. Any single Pro feature can be added to Starter as an add-on. If you want three or more, Pro works out cheaper.
