What we don't do, and why
On-premise or self-hosted
WhatsApp needs a public, always-on address to deliver messages to, and the AI runs in the cloud anyway. Hosting it in your office would add all the upkeep and none of the benefit.
Hybrid hosting
What businesses usually need is their orders flowing into their accounting system — which a custom integration does, without splitting where the software runs.
