These are the things that decide whether the six above are trustworthy in month six.
Three countries, properly
Currency, time zone, postcode shape, address format, payment rail and greeting all follow the shop's own country — including India's half-hour offset and six-digit PIN codes.
Catalogue intelligence
Every word a customer used that matched nothing, ranked by frequency. Teach it as an alias, add the product, or dismiss it.
Quiet hours
Scheduled messages only go out inside your shop's send window. The window delays messages, never state changes.
Customer self-service
“What did I order last time?”, “how much have I spent this year?”, “where is my delivery?” — answered from your data, scoped to that customer, never invented.
Opt-out that actually works
STOP silences everything. A deliberate action while opted out still alerts you, so an order they touched does not silently expire — but a tap is never treated as re-consent.
Append-only audit trail
Every payment decision, plan change and access grant is recorded, and there is no code path anywhere that updates or deletes one.
Deliberately not built
What it will not do, and why that is the point
A shorter feature list with clear edges is more useful than a longer one you have to test to trust.
- No auto-approved payments. There is no confidence threshold that unlocks it and no setting that turns it off.
- No invented product facts. Allergens, brands and ingredients are not in your catalogue, so those questions go to you rather than getting a confident guess in your shop’s voice.
- No second inbox. The dashboard shows every conversation read-only. Replying happens in WhatsApp, where you already are.
- No unofficial WhatsApp clients. Everything runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Shops that automate any other way lose their number.
- No currency conversion. Figures are never summed across currencies anywhere in the product.
