Plans and limits
What Starter, Pro and Business each include, how the monthly order allowance is counted, and what happens at the limit.

How the order allowance is counted
An order counts once, at the moment it enters awaiting-payment — that is, when the customer confirms it.
Two consequences worth knowing:
- A draft that is never confirmed never counts. Customers can browse and change their minds freely.
- An order confirmed on the 1st counts to that month even though it may be delivered in the next one. Confirmation is the billable moment, not creation and not completion.
The month boundary is your shop's calendar month in your shop's time zone.
What happens at the limit
Nothing stops. The allowance is soft, and structurally so — there is no code path by which reaching it can refuse a customer's order.
- At 80%, you get one warning that month.
- At 100%, you get one alert, then a daily nudge until the month rolls over.
- Customers never see anything different.
On Business there is no limit and none of the above runs.
Per-shop overrides
Any individual capability can be switched on for a specific shop without moving its plan. If you need broadcasts on Starter for one season, that is an override, not an upgrade.
Overrides are recorded, and they take precedence over the plan.
Changing plan
Contact us. A downgrade re-locks the capabilities the lower plan does not include, from the moment it takes effect — including any that had been switched on by an override that the new plan does not justify.
Your data is untouched by a plan change. A Starter shop that had been on Pro keeps every alias, every past order and every invoice; it simply stops seeing the intelligence screen.
