Solution

Make repeat wholesale orders easier.

Wholesale customers order frequently, buy in larger quantities, and often need quick answers about products, prices and availability. OrderAgent helps you manage these everyday orders through WhatsApp — from customer order to payment and fulfilment.

Business challenges

Wholesale orders get harder to manage as your customers grow.

When everything happens through WhatsApp, it's easy to lose track of orders and spend too much time on repetitive work.

Large orders, and the same ones again

Accounts reorder often and in bulk, and each order arrives as a message someone has to read, itemise and retype.

Many products, many quantities

One customer wants twenty of one line and ten of another, in whatever words they use. The longer the list, the easier a line is to miss.

“Do you have it?” all day

Quick questions about products, prices and stock, each one needing someone to stop and check.

Payment receipts to chase and check

Screenshots land in the chat, and someone has to match each one to the right order.

Order status questions

“Where's my order?” — answered by scrolling back through a chat, or by picking up the phone.

Constant follow-ups

Customers you know well still need an answer every day, and every answer depends on remembering their history.

How OrderAgent helps

Built for the way wholesalers sell

Your customers keep using WhatsApp. You keep managing your business. OrderAgent takes care of the repetitive work around orders, customers, payments and fulfilment.

1

Take orders through WhatsApp

Customers just message what they need — “20 cartons cooking oil and 10 boxes tea.” The order is built from the conversation, and they confirm it themselves. Nothing is committed until they tap Confirm.

2

Make repeat orders faster

Wholesale customers buy the same products again and again. “Same as last time” rebuilds their real previous order from your records, ready for them to review and confirm.

3

Check product availability

A customer can ask whether a product is in stock and get the current figure from your catalogue. When they confirm an order, that stock is reserved for them.

4

Connect orders to payments

Once the customer confirms, payment instructions go out with a deadline. The receipt they send back on WhatsApp is read and checked, then waits for your one-tap approval.

5

Keep orders organised

Instead of searching through conversations, see every order and its status in one place: awaiting payment, paid, packing, out for delivery, delivered.

6

Know your regular customers

Each customer has one profile with their details, previous orders and purchase history. They can ask “what did I order last time?” or “how much have I spent this year?” on WhatsApp and get an answer from their own orders.

Example

A regular customer's weekly order

A regular customer messages: “Hi, same as last time.” OrderAgent knows who it is and rebuilds their previous order from your records — the same products and quantities — as a draft for them to review.

They add: “Add 5 more cartons cooking oil.” Cooking oil is already on the order, so the extra quantity is merged into that line rather than listed twice.

They tap Confirm. Stock is reserved, each line keeps the price it was ordered at, and payment instructions go out. The receipt they send back is checked and lands in your queue for one-tap approval.

Once it's approved, the invoice goes out, the order moves through packing and delivery, and the customer is updated at each real step. Less back-and-forth, less manual work, faster repeat orders.

Make your wholesale ordering simpler.

Onboarding is hands-on — a number provisioned for you, your catalogue loaded, your payment details set up with you on the call.
