Solution

Simple automation for the way your business already works

No new app, no order clerk to hire. OrderAgent reads the messages already arriving on WhatsApp and turns them into real, tracked orders.

Business challenges

What running a small business actually costs you

Orders live in your head, not in a system

A customer messages, you reply, and that's the whole record. If you're away from your phone or simply forget, the order goes with it.

Chasing payments eats your evenings

Screenshots pile up in the chat and you're left matching a transfer to an order from memory, hours after it actually happened.

No time left to grow the business

Every hour spent transcribing an order or hunting for a customer's address is an hour not spent on the one thing only you can do.

How OrderAgent helps

Built around how you actually work

An order's journey from a customer's message through confirmation, payment, invoicing and delivery
1

Every order, captured without you typing it out

A customer's free-text message becomes an itemised order card they confirm themselves. You see it as a completed order, not a chat message you have to transcribe into a notebook or a spreadsheet.

2

Payments that don't need chasing

Payment instructions go out the moment an order is confirmed, with a deadline. A receipt that arrives is checked automatically; you get one button — approve — instead of squinting at a screenshot.

3

Room to grow into it

Add a second person later and give them exactly the access a driver or a packer needs, without handing over the ability to approve money. The business doesn't have to be restructured to add staff — the permission is already there when you need it.

Relevant features

Only what actually applies here

Not the whole product — the parts of it a small business actually uses.

WhatsApp Ordering

Customers message the same number they already have saved — no app to download, no account to create. A free-text message becomes a structured, itemised order they confirm themselves, in English, Tamil, Malay or any mix of them.

Payments

Payment instructions go out the moment an order's confirmed, with your QR and a deadline. A receipt that arrives is checked automatically against six separate checks — you get one button: approve.

Invoice & Order Tracking

A numbered PDF invoice is generated and sent the moment an order's paid — never typed up by hand. From there, PACK, SHIP and DELIVERED move the order through fulfilment, with the customer told once per real change.

Example

20kg rice and 5kg sugar, start to finish

A regular customer sends a message: “20kg rice, 5kg sugar pls.” It's matched against the shop's real catalogue and comes back as a draft order — two lines and a running total, nothing committed yet.

She taps Confirm. The stock is reserved on the spot, both prices are frozen, and the shop's QR and bank details go out with a payment deadline and the order's own reference, FB-1142.

She pays and sends a screenshot. It's checked automatically — amount, reference, date, the receiving account — and lands in the owner's queue as a single tap: approve.

The moment it's approved, a numbered invoice goes out on WhatsApp. The order's packed and marked out for delivery, and the customer gets exactly one message for each — never three, never silence.

Before vs after

What actually changes

Before

  • Orders scattered across a WhatsApp thread, easy to miss or double up.
  • Screenshots to match against orders, hours after the money actually moved.
  • No record of what was promised, or when payment's actually due.
  • Stock counts that live in your head, not in what you're actually selling from.

With OrderAgent

  • Every order captured as a structured, confirmed record the moment it's confirmed.
  • Receipts checked automatically against the order — one tap to approve.
  • A payment deadline and a reference on every order, tracked without you watching it.
  • Stock reserved the second an order's confirmed, so what's quoted is what's actually there.
